Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Maxinejewelry, thats why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. 

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received. (The tracking number should be send to us in 7 days once customer and service are in agreement on return and exchange.)

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

6. The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

2. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable

3. Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable. Maxinejewelry will charge a 30% restocking fee for the exchange of the special items.

4. Items in the collection of clearance are not refundable or exchangeable.

Refunds

1.Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 7 days.

2.The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit (gift card) as you requested.

* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of Maxinejewelry representatives to get an authorization.

Maxinejewelry will reimburse customer $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.
1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Maxinejewelry within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
When it comes to exchange, customers will be charged $10 for the exchange shipping fee via PayPal under the following circumstances.
1.Customer ordered the wrong size.
 

2.Customer does not like the item in person.

Self Service Return & Exchange Instructions

We are committed to creating a comfortable and well-pleasing shopping experience at Maxinejewelry.com. That's why we offer an Easy 30-days Return/Exchange service for all purchases. All the policies begin from the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first.

  • All of the returns without authorization will be refunded in the form of store credit(gift card), please contact one of our customer service representatives first to get authorization if you want your refund be issued to your original payment method.
  • Items that are being returned&exchanged should be new, and unworn.They should be kept in its original condition with size tags. A 10%-35% charge might occur to your refund if the size tags have been removed.
  • We will issue a $10 store credit(gift card) for exchange & return as a reimburse for the shipping fee our customers might have paid for sending packages back. 

Exchange & Return Flow

Step 1: Fill out the exchange&return form that comes with your order.

Step 2: After sending your package out and send tracking info(tracking number and shipping courier)to service@maxinejewelry.com

Step 3: Package received and inspected by Maxinejewelry.

Step 4: Store credit issued to customer by Maxinejewelry.

Step 5: (For exchanging)Customer uses store credit(gift card) to order new item(s).

Cancellation Policy

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Check your shipping address information carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
Generally, all items will be sent into production 8 hours after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
